Q. I'VE UPLOADED MY ASSESSMENT INTO BLACKBOARD AND NOW IT'S BLANK?
This can happen if you are using windows 10 with the browser Edge and try to open the document while in the submission uploading process.
Do not open the source file after selecting it for upload into Blackboard Learn.
Use a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox.
