Not all articles are available in fulltext in the databases, you can limit your search to full-text articles to avoid this.
However if you find a specific article that is only available in abstract, you do have other options:

1. Search the library catalogue to see if it's available from another database (eg. Gale, Proquest etc)

2. Search the catalogue to see if the journal title is available in print

3. Request a document delivery from your library team

4. Search Google Scholar to see if it's freely available on the web
