Yes, in fact you DO need to reference your own work under the Harvard system.

As with your referencing of other's work(s), you still need to put when it was viewed and the date.
If you've not published or uploaded your image, you simply put Unpublished image instead of a URL or physical publication.

Quantock, B. 2014. Sleeping Cat, Image.

Available: insert URL or put Unpublished image (accessed date of creation e.g. 17 March 2014) 


The accessed date should be when the image was created.
